Despite having a shop nearby, why do we buy products from Tabidarg?
Purchase from Tabidarg for the following reasons: Time & money save, best quality & best price, product assurance, free home delivery service, easy to buy, more product range, 24 hours open, avoid crowd.
Is your product price more than the local market?
No, like the local market. We are trying to give you the best price. However, if you think that the price of our products is high then you can let us know.
Are the prices on Tabidarg.pk negotiable?
The prices charged for the products are set to give the best value to you, so negotiation in price deems to be unnecessary.
What is the quality of your product?
We are always trying to give you the best products in the market, but if you are still dissatisfied about quality, you will have to call us within 24 hours after receiving the delivery (except meat, fruits and vegetables) and you can make a full free replacement product, during the next delivery time.
Are the meat, vegetables and fruits fresh?
Yes, all meat, fruit and vegetables are fresh.
In the case of perishable commodities, the weight of the goods is delivered according to the order?
Your order quantity may be 10% increase or decrease due to transpiration and respiration of fruits and vegetables.
How do we buy products from “Tabidarg.pk”?
To purchase the product you need, first visit our website or Mobile App.
Then select the necessary products from the “Shop by category” or search by entering the name of your product at our search engine.
Click on the “add to basket/cart” to purchase your required product. Then when all your necessary products are clicked,
click on the “right side of the basket/cart” and place your order by entering your name, mobile number and address, or by calling us at the hotline.
How do I create an account?
1) Click the "My Account" link at the footer section of our Site/Mobile App.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account" link at the footer section of our Site/Mobile App to edit your account information.
If I forgot my password. How can I recover it?
Click the "My Account" link at the footer section of our Site/Mobile App. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
Do I need an account to shop with Tabidarg?
It is not necessary to have an account to shop with Tabidarg, yet as you shop with Tabidarg having a registered account, it will give you a faster, safer and convenient shopping experience.

What is your delivery timeframe?
Every day we deliver from 8am to 9pm.
What is the minimum order limit?
The minimum order limit is Rs.1000.
What areas are you providing home delivery?
Primarily we are delivering in Timergara covering Mian Banda, Balambat, Khema and also coming soon others location. Please refer to our Home Delivery Charges Policy terms & conditions page for detailed information.
If I order now, when will I get delivery?
Shortly after placing your order, we will confirm the order by phone and tell you the deadline for delivery.
How will I know if an item in my order is unavailable?
If you have placed an order for a product that is later unavailable, our customer service team will inform you about the situation. You can either decide to order an alternative or cancel the order.
How can I make changes to my order before or after confirmation?
You will be able to change/edit your order till the time your order is confirmed by our customer service team. You can also edit your order from my orders option. By clicking on edit button you can add/less your products. Once the order is confirmed, the order will be dispatched and no changes can be made to the order.
If my order is wrong, what should I do?

Why am I having trouble placing products in the cart?
If you are having trouble placing products in your cart, please make sure that you have made all relevant selections. If you still have problems, this may also mean that the item you are trying to buy is sold out. Please get in touch with our Customer Support Team for further help in this regard.
What should I do if I don't get the invoice for my order?
Our delivery agent will be providing you the invoice of your order, if in case you don’t get the invoice, you can check it from the Order section of your Tabidarg account.
How much is your delivery charges?
We do not take any delivery charges. But if your order value is less than Rs.2000 then you will have to pay Rs.200 as delivery charges.
How do I pay the price?
Currently we are only accepting cash on delivery, Jazz Cash or Easypaisa. In the future, you can pay through debit card & credit card. If you would like further clarification about Tabidarg’s payment options, feel free to contact us on +92-310-7821222 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I use any Credit/Debit card for payment?
Insha-Allah, very soon Any of the MasterCard and Visa credit/Debit cards can be used as a method of payment.
Is the Credit / Debit card mode of payment safe?
By adopting all the necessary security protocols, we at Tabidarg wants your shopping experience to be safer
with us and payment through credit / debit card is safeguarded in the best manner.
Note: Currently we do not accept credit / debit card.
What is Cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery (COD) is a mode of payment that allows a customer to pay directly through cash once order is delivered.
Is there any amount limit for option of Cash on Delivery payment?
As you order, there is no amount limit to order through cash on delivery option.
I have not received my OTP code, what to do?
Please ensure that you have provided the correct mobile number.
Make sure that you enter only your 9-digit mobile number without any prefix i.e., +92 or 92 or + or 03.
Check that your mobile phone is in the network coverage area.
Poor network can result in delay of OTP getting delivered to your phone.
If you still don’t receive the OTP, please contact your service provider.
In-case, you have an alternate phone number, you can try posting with the same.
Do I need to pre-pay for my product when the order is placed?
Pre-payment for order placement is 100% safe and easy. However, Tabidarg also offers you the possibility to pay through Cash on Delivery (COD). With COD, you can pay in cash to our delivery agent upon receipt of your order.
What are pre-orders and how does it work?
When you pre-order an item, this product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, you are charged at the time your order is placed. We deliver your order as soon as it arrives to our warehouse.

What happens if my package is delivered when I’m not home?
A "e;signature on delivery"e; is required so please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the delivery at the specified shipping address. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your work address if possible.
How can I cancel my whole order?
To cancel any order please contact our customer service team on +92-310-7821222 or email@example.com, provided that the order in not dispatched.
How can I cancel certain products from my order?
You have the option of cancelling items from your order till the time our customer service team doesn’t confirm the order. Go to my orders option. By clicking on the edit button, you can add/less the products of your choice. Once the order is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
What is the product return policy?
You may give a return unopened and spoilt packaged product within 48 hours of purchase. Fresh Products i.e. market place products like fruits and vegetables, fish, meat and milk etc. cannot be returned once ordered until there is a quality issue. Check well perishable products at the time you receive. Please refer to our Returns Policy terms & conditions page for detailed information.
